You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you, or do not do what they are supposed to do. As per Consumer Affairs Law.

If this policy criteria is met, goods must be returned in original packaging along with proof of purchase. Freight costs for returned goods is at the expense of the purchaser.
